Job Title: MARKETING HEAD

We are inviting applications for MARKETING HEAD:

PROFILE:

The Marketing Head/Director plays a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and achieve organizational objectives. This leadership position involves overseeing all aspects of marketing, from planning and execution to team management and performance analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing sales plans aligned with organizational
    goals.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

  • Define target audiences and create positioning strategies for products or services.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and lead a high-performing marketing & sales team.

  • Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative and innovative work
    environment.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and professional development plans for team
    members.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the organization's brand identity including products & services.

  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.

  • Implement strategies to strengthen brand positioning and equity.

Integrated Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts with sales, product
    development, and other departments.

  • Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels effectively.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer behaviors, and
    competitor activities.

  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust
    strategies as needed.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing & sales budget.

  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

  • Monitor and report on budget performance regularly.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that align with the organization's objectives.

  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee the organization's digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social
    media, email marketing, and content marketing.

  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies.

Events and Sponsorships:

  • Develop and execute event marketing strategies, including sponsorships and industry
    events.

  • Evaluate opportunities for participation in relevant conferences and exhibitions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a track record of successful campaigns.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
